Una temporada televisiva más, un invierno más que ha finalizado y, si bien yo he sobrevivido, muchas series no, y hoy estamos aquí para rendirles homenaje… O quizás enterrarlas aún más a aquellas que hoy se han ido y a esas otras que nos seguirán acompañando hacia una nueva temporada.

Antes de dejarles la lista complete, quiero compartir algunas opiniones sobre aquellas que merecen la pena o a las que es preferible tenerlas bajo tierra:

Las renovadas:

How To Get Away With Murder (ABC)

El brillante thriller/policial de ABC fue renovado para una nueva season, siguiendo con la cautivante historia de un grupo de abogados. Es adictiva, una de mis preferidas, pero no dejo de preguntarme, ¿cómo van a hacer para que la historia continúe? Sigo poniendo mi fe en Shonda Rhimes, y su maravilloso toque de Midas televisivo.

Jessica Jones (Netflix)

Una de las sorpresas, ya que tenía entendido que solo Daredevil iba a ser el único en tener una temporada consecutiva, visto y considerando que Netflix tiene pensado producir dos nuevos personajes de Marvel (Luke Cage y Iron Fist) y unirlos en un único show: The Defenders.

Netflix ha hecho un trabajo estupendo en crear estos personajes y sus historias. Si bien algunas personas ejem… Bernardo) no le tienen fe a Marvel y sus historias “no tan profundas”, Jessica Jones y Daredevil lograron demostrar lo contrario hasta este momento.

American Horror Story (FX)

Ryan Murphy es a la cadena Fox como Shonda Rhimes es a ABC. La serie original AHS retornara a la pantalla chica con una nueva “secreta” temporada. Algunos dicen, que sería en un crucero… Aunque todavía hay tiempo para crear más expectativa.

Game of Thrones (HBO)

Duh… ¿Hace falta decir algo más? Hodor.

Shameless (US) (Showtime)

Uno de los secretos mejor guardados de la televisión a mi parecer. Una de las mejores series que he visto en mucho tiempo. Sé que no es muy conocida pero aprovecho este espacio para decirles: si no saben que mirar, esta es la serie que más recomiendo. Si no la encuentran online, o tienen que hacer mucho quilombo para verla HÁGANLO. VALE LA PENA. Ya van a poder agradecérmelo mas Adelante.



Las canceladas:

Mike and Molly (CBS)

Si bien nunca fui fan de esta serie, soy una gran fan de Melissa McCarthy y todos sus trabajos. Es una lástima que deje de estar en televisión pero creo yo que era algo que ya nos veíamos venir con todo el éxito que está teniendo ella en el pantalla grande.

Girls (HBO)

Sé que muchos me van a odiar por lo que digo, pero GRACIAS A DIOS. La serie había empezado bien, me parecía simpática, hasta interesante en ocasiones. Hasta que Lena Dunham se la empezó a creer. ¡No te soporto Lena Dunham!

The Good Wife (CBS)

Otro buen show que nos deja esta temporada, pero que ya no hay mucho más para decir. Tuvo su éxito y ahora el ciclo termino.

Rizzoli & Isles (TNT)

Si nunca lo vieron, lo recomiendo. Es una serie policial de una detective y una médica forense. Tiene acción, suspenso policial y comedia… Una lástima que nos tengan que dejar, pero se venía venir desde que la Doctora Maura Isles (Sasha Alexander) tuvo un papel recurrente en la serie de Showtime “Shameless”.



A continuación les dejo la lista completa, incluyendo aquellas que no sabía que existían. Como podrán ver no se muestran en la lista muchas de las series que pertenecen a la temporada de verano en Estados Unidos y que se reproducen durante el invierno en América Latina.
